The fourth was Johnny Murphy (a reliever for the Yankees in the 1930s and the GM of the 1969 Mets).

The Packers got championship rings after Super Bowl I. They say "World Champions" on them. So Super Bowl rings have been a tradition since the beginning.

I don't know. But I do know that at least some of the Packers got championship watches in 1962, so I'm going to guess that the Yankees got watches one year.
My grandfather was on the Packers' executive committee for many years. He got a championship watch for 1962, and he got NFL championship rings for 1961, 1965, 1966, and 1967, with the last two of those also being Super Bowl rings.

Godfather 1&2 and Deer Hunter all won the Best Picture Oscar. Dog Day Afternoon lost to One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and The Conversation was the same year as Godfather 2.
