My 11 year old granddaughter was given a basketball a year or so ago and I’m trying to figure out it’s origin.  It’s a Rawlings ‘RLL Official” ball with one white panel. Red lettering on that panel reads “Stanford University  1992 NCAA   National Champions”  it is signed by Tara and by two assistant coaches , Julie Plank and Carolyn Jenkins.  It is not signed by Amy Tucker or any player.

The ball will stay in the family hall of trophies so this is not a value question.  I’m just curious where it might have come from and why Amy’s signature wasn’t on it?
