Absolutely appalling. I imagine when the history of this pandemic is written, the United States will be a case study in government incompetence. It floors me that he still has capacity that is going unfilled.

I saw this (or a version of this story) a week or two ago when Bright's whisteblower complaint was leaked.  Of all of the Trump administration's failures early on, this might have been the most upsetting to me.  I was too upset by this to even post here.  Thanks, BC.
