I was appalled to learn last night that Cal's individual game tickets -- including those for the Presbyterian game are $65 and $80. So, I decided to take a look at the cost of football games at the three Bay Area FBS teams. It's a little hard to compare like with like. For example, San Jose State offers general admission season tickets, and Cal, which plays at AT&T Park this year, has to deal with a baseball configuration and three seating levels, but can offer club seating.
I've attached a spreadsheet with information about season tickets at Cal, Stanford, and SJS, as well as individual game information about individual tickets for Cal and Stanford. Individual ticket information for SJS was not available.
The conclusions I've arrived at are that Cal's individual game tickets are by far the worst deal in town, and Stanford's three game miniplans are the best. Note that Stanford and SJS offer 4-person family packs, but Cal does not.
