Very impressed with his capabilities and focus. Towards the end of my PhD work, my advisor had retired and my research funding ended. I worked part time to pay my bills and it was difficult not to worry at work about the problems I was having in getting my lab experiment working. Can't imagine how Urschel managed to perform at high level in both roles.
