Somehow there is too much information in that table for me to be able to digest it simply.
So, here's a first attempt and combining and distilling that to a smaller table that might be better.
Unfortunately, the situational passing and running stats don't indicate if a third down was converted successfully or not, the the third down stats don't indicate distance or type of play.

I think this means I agree with Hulk. Stanford's good 3rd down conversion comes primarily from having 3rd and short much of the time. Stanford's passing on 3rd down doesn't seem to be very good - not quite terrible, but not a strength.
