I think we finally saw the offense play the way Tara envisions it. The movement was good and they were passing off the cuts.Â
Arizona may have not done well against Stanford, but they were down by only 1 against C.al with under 3 minutes left, before losing by 12.Â
I don't remember the exact sequence of events, but during one stretch the bench unit was really floundering on offense and Tara rotated a couple of starters in. I think Amber got a brief stint as part of that.

The box score shows that Stanford didn't score a FG from 12:45 for 5 minutes, and had 3 turnovers during that time. Amber was sent in, followed 20 seconds later by Karlie. Each was in for about 3 minutes but the lead didn't change much during their stints. Amber didn't take a shot -- I could imagine she was told just to take care of the ball.
Arizona was #20 in the nation in 3pt FG% defense (25.9%) going into the game. Even in the tournament, #20 nationally isn't shabby. (Granted, ASU is better, at #2 (21.3%).)

Nit-picking: What was Amber Orrange doing in the game with six and half minutes to go and Stanford leading by 30 points? ...
