From Ann Killion's Chronicle story, Dykes did make comments in the post game presser about the overturned TDs.  The Cal media folks cut it out of the posted transcript.

Dykes, now 0-2 in Big Games, was clearly furious about the officiating, saying the sequence was “shameful.” (Interestingly, at the school that birthed the Free Speech Movement, the athletic department omitted the coach’s reference to those overturned calls on its transcript.)
