A less talented/ less developed OL group calls for MORE attention and the first element in that is maximizing the coaching and development they get. That takes focus of resources. Otherwise things stay pretty much the same. They might get better on the current course. But from a program standpoint, they absolutely, positively MUST get better enough to not repeat our experience of this year.
