Ah ha! Now this thread has finally come full circle and made the title appropriate once again. Stanford's next great quarterback is the son of GoodGrief (congrats!), but only if he takes him home in a Britax car seat; freezes him the right baby food and later raises him on the proper proteins to make him grow strong (buffalo, wild boar, pork, beef, free-range chicken all apparently acceptable and delicious; microwaved tofu and soy sauce not so much and may lead to divorce); and most importantly, has him join the FFA so he can be admitted to Stanford. It is written.
Now, I would prefer not to have to wait another 18 years for the next great QB, so GoodGrief, it appears it may be possible to speed this process by marinating the kid in Vietnamese fish sauce and using an immersion water circulator. Set it, and pho-get it. You may need to check with Publius on the proper temperatures required, but I believe he calls it a "DVR for child-rearing."
