With the 2015 class about half full, I wanted to take stock of Stanford's remaining needs. 
The current class is: 3 OL, 2 LB, 1 WR, 1 S, 1 K, 1 FB, 1 NT.
It seems to me that Stanford needs something like 2 WRs, 1 RB, 3 DBs, 2 DLs, and 1 LB.
Here are the current reported offers at those positions, listing only those players who haven't eliminated Stanford:
WR: Irwin and St. Brown (One of these elite guys would be fine, and maybe we see a Plan B emerge for the 2nd spot.)
RB: Warren, Scarlett, and Love (Good shape.)
DB: Marshall, Buncom, Edwards, Meeks, and Rookard.  (I question whether the Rookard offer is real, but Shaw is still in good shape.)
DL: Wilkins, Green, Kaumatule, and Donnelly.  (Any two of these would be great, but I am nervous that Stanford won't get that.)
LB: Jefferson, Gustin, and Reid.  (None of these guys seems particularly likely, so maybe Warren can play LB if Shaw gets 2 RBs.)

Overall, Stanford looks to be in pretty good shape, assuming Shaw continues his historical record of landing a high percentage of the guys he recruits.  However, the report that Kaumatule is not an option really hurt.  A commitment from Rasheem Green would be giant.  And it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility.  He has a 3.5 GPA and is reportedly taking an official visit.  We will probably have to wait until the bitter end, but if he commits, it will have been worth the wait.

At WR, we also stand a good chance of flipping Alex Stump from Kentucky. We should be fine at RB and DB. I think we definitely get Donnelly but could strike out on the rest of the DL. Maybe Russell Ude eventually gets an offer. At LB, I don't think we stand a chance for Jefferson or Gustin, but we could well get Reid. Not sure who's the backup plan there, or if we really need one considering we already have two LBs this class (as Folau is going on his mission but Sean Barton is coming back from one), and we took four LBs last year.
