Why is that? I mean, perhaps "revered" was too casual a choice of words, but he designed or re-designed courses like Olympic, Augusta, Baltusrol, Spyglass, Firestone-North, the Broadmoor. I've never heard him disparaged. What are the criticisms of his work? Are we talking about Senior? I presumed so, although Junior had a hand in the Eugene Country Club when he worked for his father. Junior's portfolio of course designs is impressive as well.Â
