Pretty impressive video, but man, he really does not step into his throws. I guess that's a good and bad thing; the great quarterbacks, like Dan Marino, could rocket a ball with a proper hip swivel, but could also make things happen without stepping into a throw. I'll take it as a positive, as room for development.

Certainly he has the size and the arm strength.
