Well, Monty was at Stanford for 18 years - that's a long time. I think after bowing out in the 2nd round 3 years in a row before the Dubz came calling could have factored into his leaving. Hard to say but that '97-'98 team was oh so close to the finals. I remember that game against Kentucky with forever sadness.
