Add Dan Beebe, the Big 12 commissioner, to those questioning the NCAA decision. Â

That is particularly interesting since Beebe is a former NCAA director of enforcement.

In 1938 Neville Chamberlain declared "Peace in our time", Superman first appeared in Action Comics, Seabiscuit beat War Admiral ....... and C.a.l last won the Rose Bowl.
