Parking at LA Live last year was atrocious--$30 for a spot, and other places nearby were hawking $15-20 for a spot. 

I won't make it to LA in time for the rally, but the Santa Monica pier seems like an excellent place.  There's a Nike store in the Santa Monica shopping area that should feature a lot of Stanford Rose Bowl gear for sale.
