It seems deceptively simple. Whenever I've encountered these Brain Teasers or IQ Test questions, there is typically a trap that entails the manner in which our senses "skip" information or use "shorthand" to speed the process. With that in mind, I nonetheless feel confident that I have the answer. I do know, based on previous posts, that if I'm wrong, I'm not alone in the trap into which I have fallen.
