Stanford 34 (I always seem to think we'll score 34)
UCLA 31

I think the offense gets things straightened out some and we are reasonably successful with the run and the pass.  Defense will give up yardage based on Hundley's talent, but inconsistency by UCLA will give Stanford the close win.
