Did the Band really go to Provo in 2003? I remember a big controversy over the Band's show at Stanford when BYU played here in 2004. The Band did a "Tribute to Marriage" show, which strangely didn't go over that well with the BYU crowd ("marriage is a union between a man and a woman . . . and a woman . . . and a woman. . . "). I don't recall the Band's making the trip to Provo the previous year. But I wasn't there . . .
