Yup, Harbaugh and Stanford itself were behind doors #1 and #2 for recruits. I'm just saying it didn't hurt to see the athletic department and its major donor investing in the program when we were 1-11 and people on the outside we're suggesting Stanford couldn't (or wouldn't) compete.
