Rivals' North Carolina site says it's down to UNC and Stanford. The writer doesn't know much about Stanford, though:

Stanford, of course, has been a building program in the PAC-12 in recent years, playing in Rose Bowls and even competing for a shot in the BCS National Championship Game a couple years back. They're a prestigious academic institution---the Harvard of the West---and anybody that graduates from Stanford is well positioned for future success.
