In Colorado's case, Terry, do you think they have the coach to do it?

In Stanford's case, did everyone here think Harbaugh was obviously going to change the program?

I think Coach Mac has a fine record of turning programs around as evidenced by his time at SJSU. He did a lot to strengthen their recruiting which he's bringing to Colorado (lots of free weekend football coaching workshops, etc.) I actually think Ca.l would have done better to poach him than grab Dykes, but I can understand why the Ca.l faithful wanted to avoid touching anything so lowly as a Ca.l State University employee.
