I don't know what is taking so long. I am curious what comes to light regarding their association with Baron Flenory. He is the self-professed "Sonny Vaccaro" of AAU football, creating these 7-on-7 camps which some say are the new auction blocks for high school players. Flenory is a former Kelly player from New Hampshire and he got one of the improper cash payments from Oregon, after associating with several players who ended up in Eugene. These summer programs are funded by different interests and sponsor national tournaments, field trips to certain colleges, and broker meetings with players (if not worse). The NCAA is just now getting up to speed on how they work (Kelly was several steps ahead of them obviously). I hope the NCAA makes a statement before this gets out of hand nationally like AAU basketball has. Or maybe they will wimp out like they did in the Shabazz Muhammed case and given them a light scholarship ban.  Â
