The last few games against easier opponents have allowed supporting team members to consolidate their positive on-court experiences and improved productivity. The next few games against the LA schools will be a good test to see where the team is related to stepping up to tougher competition. In some ways it should be simpler for them. Against tougher teams, the supporting cast needs to simplify -- think less, react better. If a play or shot is made available to you, make the play or take the shot, right away. Faster hands and faster footwork with tougher opponents means less time to be thinking about what to do; the team instead needs to be more aggressively decisive.
These next two games will become a preview to how well the team will step it up in the soon upcoming tournaments.
