Galvan was a very good transfer signee, but the other scholarship ILB guys are clearly much worse than Mattingly. It's the position room most bereft of talent with Galvan's departure (he's out of eligibility after this season) imo, so Stanford must do everything it can to sign hopefully two starting-caliber LBers (and keep Mattingly and maybe Z. Johnson for depth).
