I realize that Tony Vitello will likely keep his job. But most of his skill set coaches need to go. Glad they got rid of the 3B coach. Keep Washington, he taught Arraez how to field.
The pitching coaches are an interesting question. With the Giants, Tyler Mahle was 3-9 with a 5.13 ERA in 18 starts in what must be the most pitcher-friendly ballpark in baseball. When he was offloaded to the Braves, Mahle was 4-1 with a 1.99 ERA, and allowed two runs in 13 1/3rd innings in the postseason.
The other three major losses (Robbie Ray, Erik Miller, Caleb Killian) did measurably worse with their new teams. Still, the Giants' team pitching finished 23rd in runs allowed and ERA of the 30 MLB teams. In that ballpark, they should have done better.
