Well, at least now no one can second guess this as idle speculation. 

There's obviously no viable path forward for KP at Stanford because future recruits who have choices will go elsewhere, and recruiting from the mid major decommitment and transfer pool is not the way to build a top 25 program.

So I guess we just wait and let the disaster unfold until it's so objectively bad the AD has to take action and has more time to find the right coach to lead a total overhaul...
