With the Toronto Maple Leafs failing to make the NHL playoffs, the previous longest active playoff streak in the NHL has fallen.  Who now has the longest active playoff streak in the NHL?

What about the three other major sports?

NBA...Hornets would be my guess.
NFL...New York Jets...I think this was a question a few weeks ago.
NHL...Winnipeg Jets. I'll stick with the Jets. Maybe the Canadiens.

Clarification, I’m looking for the longest active streak, not the longest drought.  Toronto had the longest streak but imploded and missed out on the playoffs this year, so they no longer have the longest active streak.  Who does?
