The French have some really good idiomatic taunts in that category.  The most natural all-purpose French trashtalk/street talk equivalent is still: C’est qui le patron? Less popular are: C’est qui le patron ? — “Who’s the boss?” and Tu vois qui commande ? — “See who’s in charge?” and Qui c’est le chef ? — “Who’s the chief/boss?”
