Putin continues his assault on Ukraine with another get-there-first call to the US President hours before another public meeting between the US President and the Ukrainian leader. Gee, where'd he get that tactic from? It worked so well for Russia last time. The US president has shown previously that he is manipulated by this tactic. Send all ordinance with the intent to rain terror upon your victim and then call to manipulate anyone who might help.
