Ukraine is supposedly building nearly 1000 drone interceptors per day. I doubt they would be expanding their production so much if they were not effective. This article specifically cites capability against jet powered shaheds.

Ukraine has used acoustic devices to pick up the shaheds, and thermal imaging, then passing targets off to machine gunner/spotlight teams. There was a really good article a year or so ago about their system, though it's probably already out of date by now. In any case, the interceptor drones may not be perfect but it seems to be a significant improvement and one that will likely continue to improve.
