Per ESPN: For the first time in World Series history, a team led off the game with back-to-back home runs after both Davis Schneider and Vlad Guerrero Jr took Blake Snell deep to start Game 5. Schneider hit the first pitch of the game -- an inside fastball -- out to left field for a quick 1-0 Jays lead.

Snell, by the way, had allowed 1 HR in the 50 innings over 8 starts going into tonight’s game.  Then he allowed two HR’s in his first three pitches.
