Do you think Frank Gore will make the NFL Hall of Fame? Gore, the third leading rusher in NFL history behind Emmitt Smith and Walter Payton, will be eligible in 2026. 

How about Roger Craig, who was passed over in 2023, but has made it past the first round in the current consideration of 52 "senior" players? He was the first player to have 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in the same season. 13,100 yards from scrimmage, 73 touchdowns, 4 pro bowls, AP Offensive player of the year, more receptions than John Stallworth, several Super Bowl wins, etc. 

They need to whittle that 52 down to three candidates, maximum.

I’m afraid Craig’s ship has sailed.  He is a member in good standing in the Hall of Very Good Players.

I think Gore might make it.  Much depends on the strength of the class each year he comes up for a vote.  In a strong year, he will be just outside the circle of those elected.  In a weak year, he has a very good chance of induction.
