Can any American business succeed in Russia as long as the FCPA remains in place?  How can businesses mitigate the risk of operating in kleptocracy where the rule of law is non-existent?  Would businesses send their people to a country where the government kidnaps foreigners for ransom?  I have many more rhetorical questions about the prospects of businesses choosing to invest and/or set up operations in Russia.
