Very good.  DeGrom has a 5.35 K/BB ratio.  Chris Sale is #2.  I would have guessed Greg Maddux given his masterful control, but he's way down on the list at #49, with a 3.37 K/BB ratio.  CY Young is #250 on the list, at 2.3 K/BB.

I think the list favors modern pitchers, given shorter outings (and less of an opportunity for fatigue and loss of control to set in) and the 3 true outcomes philosophy, which has dramatically increased the number of strikeouts.

Anyone want to hazard a guess on the batter with the highest walk to strikeout ratio.  My guess would have been Bonds, but it's a player who played in the 20's.  The player had 7,132 career at-bats and only struck out 114 times, once every 63 at bats.  HIs walk to strikeout ratio was 18.67; Bonds had a ratio of 1.66, last year Soto led the majors with a ratio of 1.12.
