The second link has video of the operation. There is no gore but you do see one person walk up to another one, and then a large explosion.

Both sides have previously used unwitting suicide bombers, Ukraine famously with the truckers blowing up the Kerch bridge. I expect these operations to become more common as US involvement with the conflict recedes. Gloves are off.
