As a fan who has only missed one game in the last 32 years, I prefer the night games in the early season--it takes the heat out of the equation, which (especially in the new stadium) keeps people at home. By the middle of October earlier game times are great--4:30 for Colorado means a full day to tailgate and no sunscreen needed in the stadium. I think that we will have another full stadium (unless it rains). The people in the stadium Saturday night were having a blast and I think they will be coming back. I have a dozen season tickets and this is the first year that I have more people asking for tickets than I have tickets to share--I just got off of stubhub where I was purchasing some extras for next Saturday. We have a great team, a great environment before and during the game (several teenagers came with us Saturday--inclusing one top-level golfer who is very interested in coming to Stanford--and they spent an hour collecting swag at the fanfest and saying "I can't believe they just give us all of this stuff for free." First-timers were stomping and yeling during every UCLA third down and just generally having a great time.
