FWIW, I like your posts.  To avoid problems, just avoid using the name or title of any politician, particularly a powerful one.  If you refer to the governmental entity that's undertaking the action or policy, then it sounds less political even if the content is the same.  The U.S. is doing ______.  California decided to ________.
