Ken Norton is correct; he won the Super Bowl in 1992 and 1993 as a Cowboy (boo) and 1994 as a Niner (yeah!). Now the second one...
@Mick, it's a little high on the numbers, but a pretty reasonable guess. 29 Chiefs have been on the team for the last three years and would have won their third consecutive Super Bowl.
