Had to watch a couple times to appreciate what's happening. The helicopter releases flares but to no avail, and you can see an explosion and the helicopter crashing into the sea.

The event took place near the western end of Crimea, in the Black Sea.

The first 10 seconds of action (to 0:23) shows what appears to be a fixed-wing aircraft firing on the drone.

If you're wondering about 1:14 to 1:32 of the video, the text indicates it is another missile clearly fired from the sea drone at another helicopter.  It is claimed that the second helicopter suffered fire damage but was able to return to base.  I can't tell whether we see the missile continue on past the helicopter, or we see a flare fired at about the time of impact.  I think the latter.

The first missile (the video doesn't show its launch) follows what appears to be a ballistic-type path (but powered the whole way), going up before coming down at the helicopter. The second missile follows a path that seems appropriate for a surface-to-air missile.
