Russian "civilian" cargo ship Ursa Major is being reported as having suffered a major engine room explosion in the Mediterranean just prior to sinking. The vessel was reportedly involved in the Russian evacuation from Syria.

It agrees the ship has sunk, but claims it was carrying material bound for Vlad. The reactor hatches make sense in that context. The two mobile cranes are a bit suspect. It could be the cranes were intended for Libya (Benghazi) to help build a better port. Maybe we will never know.
