Generally people are policy so let's see who actually ends up appointed. There have been rumors of both pro and anti-Ukraine people for Defense, Intelligence, and State. But the only two people who we know for sure are NOT being appointed, because Trump "truth"ed it on his social media platform, are Pompeo and Haley.

I would take that as an ominous sign as someone who very much wants to see Ukraine succeed and Russia be punished for invading a sovereign nation, or at least not rewarded. The involvement of Musk in discussions with Zelensky in light of Musk's reported conversations with Putin is another ominous sign.
