Thanks for both of these posts. We will see how tactically significant this deployment will be in November. One somewhat scary observation is that these North Korean units may have spent lots of time training to fight as infantry in cold and wet weather. There is lots of that in North Korea. These troops may be "better" quality than what Russia has been deploying and may also fight better as a unit. The upcoming bad weather may be their forte. We shall soon see. Hopefully this is mostly a "stunt" and will not matter, but at this point we can't be sure.
