F16s won't solve the glide bomb problem. Pretty much every Ukrainian and Western analyst has stated as much. To get within range of the bombers, the F16s would be within range of Russian air defenses.
Still would be great to have them operational in larger numbers for a variety of reasons, but F16s themselves would not be a decisive or "war winning" weapon.
