Vandy's game last night was JUST like our upset win at U.SC. Eery parallels. Small(ish) private university, the only one in the conference. LONG stretches of wretched football over the years, punctuated by a few seasons of hope and fewer of real wins. Loss after loss after gawdawful loss after loss after inept loss after loss... to hated state rival Tennessee. And Franklin comes in and changes the culture. Recruits, get this, "tougher players...football players".
Question:Â Will Franklin ditch a place where he won his elevation to the Pantheon of the Gods for C.al's Porta-potti Memorial Stadium where the fans are front-runners and the only decent pay raise they can give him is heavily skewed to performance incentives because they can't afford the money up front?
