Holy cow. Three road wins in a row with deficits of four or more runs. Hasn't been done since Cardinals, 1932. Chapman saves game with incredible barehanded pickup, bases loaded, one run already in on Doval, full count...Chapman guns it to Late Night LaMonte who picks it clean on the short hop, they survive a challenge.
As for Marco Luciano...he's not ready. MAN, is he not ready. Doesn't run out a grounder, basically jogs into second base. Could have/should have been safe. Fumbles a ninth inning play in the field again. I don't think he'll be sent down, but it wouldn't surprise me. He had a triple, he's hitting .409, which would be best among shortstops...but he's painful to watch in the field and on the basepaths. Four errors in eight games. Yikes.
