These were definitely not DPICM or cluster type munitions- those would disperse above the target and then explode near-simultaneously (not exactly simultaneously as from a blast fragmentation) in a circular pattern. Here are some videos showing what that would look like-

I believe the original post attributing this to GLSDB was based on what the projectiles looked like, but sometimes you might not get a good freeze frame and the impact effect can give a clue to the munition type.
