Sounds like there is a strong need for a cheap, ubiquitous "home on jam" drone. I know HARM's can do this, but are scarce and expensive. If the cheap quadcopter or fixed wing drones could be modified to target GPS jamming signals in a cost-effective fashion, that would be a massive development.

Indeed it would be massive. We actually discussed this recently. I am actually amazed Ukraine hasn't done something already. A ground-based GPS jammer should be an easy target for a drone to home on.
