The tweet is in Ukrainian, but google translate does a good job. No insight there that Goose can’t provide, but I think it is correct. This will likely be the last “big” US aid package, barring something surprising in November, so all it does is buy time for the EU to get its act together and Ukraine to develop a military industrial complex. Just out of curiosity, how hard would it be for Ukraine to set up a shell factory (my guess is not easy or it would have been done already), because the Ukrainians would be nothing if not motivated if we can provide the expertise to help them get it up and running, and I would think two years would be adequate time to do so. Teach a man to fish and all that.
