The various components of the budget are moving slower than anyone would like, but this article does support the premise that the House will take up a supplemental with aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan after Congress passes a budget.  As frustrating as the delay has been, and as misguided as I consider the opposition to the aid supplemental, I do think this timeline is a practical one given the risk of a motion to vacate the speakership in the event the aid supplemental were to come to the floor first.  I just hope the Ukrainians don't lose a lot more land or human lives because of the delay.  And I hope that whatever bill makes it to the House floor is reasonably sensible.
